FALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Our league is operated by volunteers, please consider helping out!

Registration for 2010 Fall Season is closed, no late registrations are being accepted.

Registration Requirements
1) Fall Program is only for those enrolled in Kindergarten thru 12th Grade for September.
2) Those who intend to play Travel Soccer must comply with LVSA regulations concerning Fall registration.
3) Registration is for Washington Township residents only and participant must have at least one of the following requirements to be eligible:

Live in Washington Township.

Go to school in Washington Township.

Have a parent that lives in Washington Township.

Have a parent that pays taxes to Washington Township.

04/17/2010 SAT 9AM - 1PM LVMS - South Gym

04/21/2010 WED 6PM - 9PM LVMS - South Gym

04/22/2010 THU 6PM - 9PM LVMS - South Gym

Fee Schedule

Grades K $90*

Grades 1-2 $100*

Grades 3-12 $110*

*Registrations post-marked after July 15th will not be accepted. See LVSA Regulations concerning travel soccer.

Registration Information

You must fill out and print the online registration form, then bring the printed copy and payment to registration to confirm your placement in fall soccer.
Please ensure that you entered the correct School Grade that your child will be attending this coming September in the online form.
Payment is by Check or Cash only.
During registration entry, please volunteer as coach or assistant, its easy and we offer free training for those who never coached. For more information, please see our in-town F-License coaches training program.

If you have any questions about the fall program, please contact one of our division coordinators.

Refund Policy
The Long Valley Soccer Association will not refund registration fees under any circumstances with the only exception being a late registrant who is on the wait-list and is unable to be placed in the program.
